Extended event time beyond the booked package is available for an additional hourly rate, subject to availability. -
Events located outside our standard service area may incur additional travel fees, including extended travel time and mileage.

If early setup is requested and the booth remains idle prior to the event start time, an idle time fee may apply to cover staff availability and equipment reservation.
